Sales Tax
Kindly note that all orders shipped from Davidsbeenhere.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail.
Order Charges
Most charges are for a city guide, city guide membership or product. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the charge.
Monthly subscription charges will take place on the same day you placed your original order. For example, if you purchase a DBH Guides subscription on January 10th, your credit card will be charged February 10th, March 10th, and so on.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges uses standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping. Please check pricing on product checkout page and make your selection.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. We make every attempt to send your order on the next business day after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or back-orders, this is not always possible for non-digital products.

Shipping Confirmation

There will be no refunds for any reason. All eBook & City Guides sold by Davidsbeenhere.com is sold without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Davidsbeenhere.com, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no refunds policy on these products. Return Policy on Non-Digital Products
Non-digital products sold by Davidsbeenhere.com are non-refundable. In the case you receive a defective item or have decided you no longer want the item, please send an email to dbhpolicy@gmail.com within 7 days of the date you received your item(s). Please provide a short summary of your reason for wanting to return your item. Davidsbeenhere.com will make every attempt to provide you with a shipping label to have your defective item(s) returned to us. ONLY exchanges are allowed on defective or unwanted products, and you will be responsible for the difference in price if you wish to exchange a product for a more expensive one. Exchanging for different sizes is accepted.
DBH Travel Pillows cannot be exchanged under any circumstance unless defective. Unopened, unused pillows will NOT be exchanged in order for Davidsbeenhere.com to protect our customers’ health since the pillows require inflation.
Canceling your Subscription
Send an email to dbhpolicy@gmail.com with the following subject line: Cancel Account # [insert your confirmation number and name here]. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to five days from receipt of your request to process.
Once your cancellation request has been processed, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $19.99 will be charged to your credit card. Once this final charge is processed your subscription is officially cancelled and you will no longer receive digital products from Davidsbeenhere.com.
